For arguments sake, we've reattached the only tag that was in decent condition - the down certification tag. Either way, we don't believe this is strictly brand new and as such, we are listing as used. Two reasons. One, slight discolouration around the seams in places (example - last picture), though some of what we can see appears to be darker down underneath the Pertex (clumping can often be visible on colours like light yellow and disperses after a wash). Two, defect on the lip of the right chest pocket (second to last picture) which is purely aesthetic and will not affect use. Other than that, it doesn't appear to have been used - certainly not for an expedition.
