Pre-owned - Good. Sheepskin and fur are both in generally very condition, with the exception of a few very small marks (pictured). Someone in the past has done a very lazy repair and tried to fix the collar with fabric glue (pictured) - important to clarify that the areas you can see the glue on (pictured - last two photos) are underneath where the old stitching used to be, so if stitched properly they would not be visible.
